Benevolently is not a company. It is a practice and intervention offered by Compassion 2.0 Ventures Inc. — a project of Compassion 2.0.
Compassion 2.0 is the company: consulting and technology for designing the next generation of organizations in the age of AI. Benevolently is one of its offerings.
Benevolently is a practice of altruism inside an organizational community. Givers offer about one percent of their waking time — an hour a week — to Receivers: teammates, their extended family and friends, and aligned nonprofits. Freely given, nothing owed back. The organization builds the container; the people do the giving.
The Larger Vision
The future of organizational design will not be defined by AI alone.
It will be defined by how well organizations integrate technology with the human field.
The next generation of organizations will need more than automation, efficiency, and scale. They will need coherence, relationships, ideation, flow, resilience, and performance.
Benevolently exists to give the people inside organizations a safe, low-friction way to act on the prosocial desire they already have — and to let the organization benefit from the field that giving strengthens.

Compassion 2.0 Ventures Inc. is the company behind Benevolently. Benevolently has no separate legal, commercial, or organizational identity; it is a practice and intervention that Compassion 2.0 offers to organizations.
Compassion 2.0 develops consulting, technology, and frameworks for designing organizations where care becomes measurable performance infrastructure.
Its work includes organizational design, field intelligence, neuroscience-informed interventions, ROI of Care measurement, and platforms for organizational flourishing.
Benevolently is one project within that ecosystem. It brings the Compassion 2.0 thesis into action by giving Givers inside a trusted organizational community a frictionless way to help Receivers — teammates, the family and friends who are extensions of them, and aligned nonprofits — while the organization builds and holds the container.
Relationship to Flourishingly
Flourishingly is the organizational field platform for measuring resonance, dashboarding the ROI of Care, and deploying interventions that strengthen individual and organizational coherence.
Benevolently complements Flourishingly by moving the field: an hour a week of freely given help, person to person, measured on the Belonging element of the ROI of Care.
Together, they help organizations both measure and improve the human infrastructure behind coherence, relationships, ideation, flow, resilience, and performance.

Why Benevolently Exists
Organizations are entering an era where technical systems will become more powerful, faster, and more pervasive.
That makes the human field more important, not less.
Benevolently was created because people already want to help — what stops them is friction, not intent. It matches a Giver's hour to a Receiver's need on schedule, skills, and opt-in location, inside a community where people are known quantities and their friends and family are extensions of them. That is where the safety and trust come from.
No coupons, no ratings, no virtue signaling. The reward is the act itself; the organization gains indirectly, through a stronger field.
Core Belief
Acts of altruism are not peripheral to how an organization performs. They shape the field in which performance happens — and they come from people, not from the enterprise.
When that field is stronger, people can trust more deeply, relate more honestly, imagine more freely, recover more quickly, and execute more effectively.
